Sausage and Potato Hobo Packets

1 pound smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound new potatoes, cut in half and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 pound green beans
2 onions, chopped
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Divide sausage, potatoes, peppers, green beans and onions among four pieces of heavy-duty foil, torn into 18-inch squares and folded double-thick. Drizzle each packet with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Fold the foil around the mixture and seal tightly. Grill or cook at 350°F for 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
