Fig & Goat Cheese Bundles
4 whole phyllo sheets
Brush phyllo sheets with melted butter; layer. Cut sheets into 8 large squares. In the middle of each square, place 1 heaping teaspoon of fig jam and 1 tablespoon goat cheese. Pull up the corners to make a beggar’s purse. Place on a lined baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
